Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

A flat return shipping fee of $3.50 USD applies to each return and may be deducted from your refund.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
